The framework covers, all types Civil and Infrastructure schemes. The term of this framework agreement will be for a period of 4 years from May 2022. The framework shall have the facility for Clients to Direct Award and Further Compete their requirement. The procurement involved a single stage process following a Public Contract Regulations 2015 Open Procedure. The framework is split in to 4 lots based on value and then in to 10 geographical regions and then in a further 9 Project Types. each Sub-Lot which will operate with a maximum of 9 contractors 9 per region.
