By delivering services which support the full range of sensory impairments, the service will seek to reduce duplication and create a simple pathway, for people living with multiple sensory impairments enabling them to access the support they need. The aim of the service is to promote and support independence; by providing access to a wide variety of high quality resources and support options, as well as information and advice which will support people with sensory loss to live full and active lives. Additional information: The estimated value set out in this contract notice is the total value for the initial term and the possible extension option(s). The contract start and end date listed in this contract notice is for the full potential duration of the contract including possible extension option(s).
