The National Evaluation Framework (herein after referred to as the 'NEF') will constitute a wide range of individuals and organisations (evaluators) with a broad range of expertise in evaluation processes and techniques - available to provide targeted support for the design and/or delivery of international, national, regional, and local workforce delivery activities across England.
