Where tenancy agreements and leases allow, the cost of doing this work is recovered from the residents in the form of service charges. This contract will cover: ### Scotland North West ### Yorkshire Contract commencement dates: Scotland: 1st October 2022 North West: 1st July 2022 ### Yorkshire: 1st July 2022 On many of our estates Home Group is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of a wide variety of communal living areas, through external contract arrangements. Home Group will require a DBS check for each employee working on this contract.
