For the avoidance of doubt, this stage of the project is not part of a formal procurement process and the Council is not committing, at this stage, to carrying out such a process. The Council is exploring opportunities to work with a developing housing association partner to deliver a new housing scheme on a small in-fill site which is owned by the Council in the district of Dacorum.
