The focus of the contract will be on integrating MSSP services and solutions with the Council's infrastructures and service, then leverage the MSSP's security team resources and experience. The MSSP will be managed against agreed SLAs, including response times and, where appropriate, resolution times. The aim is to engage a MSSP to build a true partnership.
