The purpose of this procurement is to establish a Framework Agreement for the appointment of up to a maximum of 15 suppliers to undertake the role of Zoning Technical Consultant(s). UK SBS is managing this procurement process in accordance with the Public Contract Regulations 2015 (as may be amended from time to time) (the "Regulations"). This is a Services Framework Agreement being procured under the Open OJEU Procedure Regulations. BEIS are undertaking two simultaneous procurements in relation to the Programme: - Model Development Consultant(s) to develop model(s) to identify heat network zones - Zoning Technical Consultant(s) to work with local stakeholders to improve and refine the identification of heat network zones and undertake more detailed feasibility studies For absolute clarity, this procurement is only to appoint Zoning Technical Consultant(s) and the Model Development Consultant(s) is out of scope of this procurement activity. UK SBS is managing this procurement in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended from time to time) (the "Regulations").
