Guinness wishes to enter into a contract for an initial term of five years with the option to extend for up to a further 5 years. Our requirements are divided into six lots, Lots 1 - 3 are for the servicing, repairs and potential installations in domestic properties and Lots 4 - 6 are for the servicing, repairs and potential installations of communal heating.
