The proposed solution is to procure an outsourced, managed service from a third-party supplier, to build and run a Digital National Register of Non-UK Vehicles. The Digital National Register (database) would involve non-UK drivers registering their vehicle details, after which a compliance check would be carried out either automatically or manually by the third-party supplier. Details of compliant vehicles will be returned to the Local Authority on a whitelist and exempted from charges. ## CPV classification IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support Source Find a Tender (UK) · Notice ocds-h6vhtk-02df3c-2021-09-09T22:45:11+01:00 [View official notice](https://www.find-tender.service.gov.uk/Notice/ocds-h6vhtk-02df3c-2021-09-09T22:45:11+01:00) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
