This will be achieved by: - strengthening domestic revenue mobilisation, in particular customs policy and administration at major ports ii) further enhancing public financial management (the ability to manage and spend revenue) and strengthening the civil service, with a focus on women in government, in the Federal Member States iii) Supporting macroeconomic and fiscal policy i.e. income tax policy.
