The supplier will co-ordinate requests raised through the council's contact centre. It is anticipated the successful supplier will receive requests electronically and close requests in real time using mobile devices supplied by the council. The supplier will reuse and recycle as much material as possible and provide monthly reports detailing the number of items collected and weights of material reused and recycled with end destinations.
