## About this tender

The Association of North East Councils T/A NEPO seeks to establish a sole supplier concession contract agreement for the provision of the investment, operation, maintenance and growth of the Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure (EVCI) across the North East of England. This is a brand new collaborative procurement requirement which will initially focus on a limited number of geographical areas but the intention over the full contract period is to allow other North East based contracting authorities to participate in the agreement.
