## About this tender

he City Council's In-House building contractor, Repairs & Construction Services require support from external Drainage contractors with skilled tradespersons to assist in delivering a first-class Repairs and Maintenance Drainage service.

The scope of service includes but is not limited to; lead water pipe renewals, CCTV Surveys, drain cleaning/jet washing, and drain relining, including all necessary associated works. The service will be required in residential properties, public buildings and Schools throughout Newcastle Upon Tyne.

The Framework has 2 Lots:

- Lot 1 Residential Properties and Public Buildings &
- Lot 2 School Sites throughout Newcastle Upon Tyne
