These beds are in two Lots, one for a Residential bed for a person under 65 years of age, and one for a person over 65 years of age. In the case of Lot One, the primary need of the Service User will be Physical Disability or early onset dementia rather than a Learning Disability. The bed may occasionally be used for a person with a mild-moderate Learning Disability but this will always be discussed on a case by case basis. Providers can bid for one or both lots if their CQC registration allows them to do so.
