The contract is envisaged to commence on 1st August 2022. i. Demolish approx10,000 sq.m of existing buildings on site ranging in area and sizes. Overall there are 8 existing buildings to be demolished at different times during the construction. The demolition sequence will allow a phased approach for the construction of the new Headquarters. ii. Construct a permanent 3 storey office building of approximately 3,000 sq.m during the first phase of the development. This building will serve as decant space to allow the phased demolition sequence to continue. iii.
