A schedule of Buildings and their cleanable square meterage can be found in Appendix A1 - A5. This being an output-based specification; the Contractor is invited to decide upon the type and frequency of any cleaning tasks to be carried out on a daily or weekly basis. The expected standards are set out in the Outcome criteria’s (Appendix A6 Base Line Services). The Contractor must satisfy themselves that their proposed frequencies will maintain an acceptable standard. Two of the buildings in scope only currently require a weekly clean, Tavy Business Centre and 20 Plymouth Road as identified on the building information and room data documents for each site.
