This notice is an early engagement notice as the MoJ would like to engage with the market first before carrying out further procurement activity for this requirement. Her Majesty’s Prison and Probation Service (HMPPS) provide meals every day for over 80,000 prisoners, therefore there is a requirement that catering staff have the appropriate qualifications.
