The University requires a simple molecular high-throughput test that provides easy readout results within 20-30 minutes following extraction of viral ribonucleic acid (RNA) from saliva samples. These consumables will be used in the ongoing provision of a special schools SARS-CoV2 surveillance programme being run on site at Queen’s in the LAMP laboratory. These consumables will be used on the Optigene Genie HT System and must be compatible.
