The framework will be divided into two lots: - Lot 1End to End Program Delivery - This will include but is not limited to; advisory services & strategy development, design, build, implementation, configuration, integration, testing, hyper-care, on-going application support & maintenance, 1st & 2nd line support and operational support (NOC & SOC).
