The care and support provider will support residents in a shared house. The scheme will be primarily for those people who have a Learning Disability, Autism, Physical, or Sensory Disabilities. To provide the appropriate response to support people in episodes of crisis, link to local community assets to encourage community participation, encourage and facilitate learning using community links.
