To provide full design services as set out in the 2020 RIBA Plan of Work Overview for the project described in our brief via a Design Team led by an Architectural firm (Design Team) to progress from the current stage which is considered to be the end of RIBA stage 1 through to completion of stage 6. Under the programme, the Design Team is required to complete the design by 03/02/2023 so that SSDC is ready to issue a tender to appoint a construction contractor on 06/02/2023. Tender Period is 40 days from 6/2/2023 to 31/3/2023.
