NI Water are required under the Clean and Waste Water Regulations to provide timely and accredited results to our Regulators, for compliance and operational purposes alongside during major incidents. In addition to planned analysis to be carried out at regular intervals during the life of the contract there will be an ad hoc analysis requirement. The Services will be delivered to the Client and the Client’s wholly owned subsidiaries.
