The Forensic Hostel is a 24-hour supported hostel founded on the principle of “An integrated approach to recovery”. The philosophy is to provide an empowering, individualised and recovery focussed community provision for men who no longer require a secure setting. The aim of the service is to deliver the highest standard of community care to reduce length of stay in hospitals and to facilitate transition into independent living. The project actively promotes better mental health, well-being and social inclusion.
