The principal aim of the tender process is to appoint a single Tenderer to the Council who will deliver both financial and efficiency benefits. This Contract is programmed to be awarded on Monday 2 August 2021 for a period of 3 years from Contract commencement with the option for the Council, in its entire discretion, to extend the Contract by a further period of 2 years up to a maximum term of 5 years.
