Use of the negotiated procedure without prior publication has been enacted to ensure services are in place in line with the requirements of the Home Office. The centre is proposed to have an operational capacity of up to 84 residents. The range of healthcare services will include Primary Care, Substance Misuse, Mental Health, Sexual Health, Dentistry, Podiatry, Optometry, Physiotherapy, Antenatal Care and Pharmacy. The Contracting Authority intends to commission future services in line with the PCR 2015 (as amended) or subsequent regulations/policy.
