The framework agreement will last for 2 years. There is a potential to extend the framework agreement for a further year and again for one year period. Extensions to the Framework Agreement will be at the discretion of NY Highways. The framework will include 7 lots, 1. Richmondshire, 2.Hambleton, 3.Scarborough, 4.Ryedale, 5.Craven, 6.Harrogate, 7.Selby and City of York. . Each lot will have a maximum of 3 suppliers. Suppliers may bid for one or more lots.
