They are operated by third party contractors on behalf of Sport England and over seen by an independent board representative of key sector bodies. The Quest and NBS Board have undertaken extensive consultation with the sector and its members to develop a new Leisure Service Performance Management and Improvement Tool which will replace the existing contracts which are due to expire in October 2021.
