The Authority has established a probation services dynamic framework (‘DF’) to purchase services to deliver rehabilitation and resettlement interventions under the ‘Light Touch Regime’. The DF contains 14 ‘Service Categories’ based on service user needs and cohorts. Interventions will be delivered via call-off contracts let by the Authority and other public sector commissioners (‘Participating Bodies’) at different geographical levels in England and Wales. As a result of a number of call-off competition failures under the DF, the MOJ intends to directly award those call-off contracts pursuant to the negotiated procedure without prior publication. ## CPV classification Probation services Addiction treatment General public services Supporting services for the government Provision of services to the community Justice services Services related to the detention or rehabilitation of criminals Prison services Benefit services Job search services Education and training services Source Find a Tender (UK) · Notice ocds-h6vhtk-02a8e8-2021-04-21T22:55:14+01:00 [View official notice](https://www.find-tender.service.gov.uk/Notice/ocds-h6vhtk-02a8e8-2021-04-21T22:55:14+01:00) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
