This exercise is in response to the requirements of legislation set out in the Children’s Act 1989 and 2004, amongst others, which aims to provide the following provision for Young People and Children with SEND: - Day-time care in the homes of disabled children or elsewhere - Overnight care in the home of disabled children or elsewhere Blackpool Council wishes to enter into a dialogue with organisations that have a proven track record in supporting children and young people with a wide range of physical, mental and/or learning disabilities, including working with children who have a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
