Requirements for large national events with specific venues are sometimes known in advance, but on rare occasions, urgent responses will be requested for the hire and erection of equipment at short notice. Generally, the marquees and/or tents will be required to be positioned in specific locations that are either on MPS property, or on hired rented grounds, for example private playing fields, schools etc. at defined times and usually within an approximate 25 mile radius of Central London and the M25 boundary. The supplier will be given adequate access to allow erection of marquee and ancillary items. However, there may be occasions where marquees are required outside the M25 boundary. ## CPV classification Event services Tent for medical use Tarpaulins, sails for boats, sailboards or land craft, awnings, sunblinds, tents and camping goods Tarpaulins, awnings and sunblinds Textile camping goods Tents Floor coverings Solid flooring False floors Structural products and parts except prefabricated buildings Assembly of metal structures Source Find a Tender (UK) · Notice ocds-h6vhtk-029c14-2021-03-16T12:05:15Z [View official notice](https://www.find-tender.service.gov.uk/Notice/ocds-h6vhtk-029c14-2021-03-16T12:05:15Z) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
