The service will also include graffiti removal, high level internal glazing, signage and ad hoc cleaning of the external features of buildings, glazing or street furniture. High level guttering should also be included as part of programme of works.The University currently utilises a contractor that supplies 2 full time equivalent (FTE) to achieve its external cleaning requirements (including internal glazing.)
