The PIN is intended to give interested parties the opportunity to participate in a market engagement event prior to the commencement of a procurement process under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. BCP Council requires a Principal Contractor for the Design and Build Works for new housing on this site. The new homes must commence on site in September 2021 with an expected 2-year build period. Interest parties should be aware of the very tight timetable in place which means that there will be a brief period between contract award and service commencement.
