The services will be covered by 3 separate Lots depending on the individual developments and the types of units being sold that the eventual call-off contracts relate to such as shared ownership, private sale or developments that contain a mixture of shared ownership and private sale. NHG are looking to appoint a broad mixture of suppliers who will ensure high quality services to potential Buyers of NHG properties, a good customer focussed service and provide an efficient and cost-effective service to NHG for any of the different types of tenure. The awarding of a place on NHG's Framework for Estate Agents does not guarantee any amount of work but offers the opportunity to competitively tender for contracts as and when NHG has a requirement. ## CPV classification Real estate services Source Find a Tender (UK) · Notice ocds-h6vhtk-02a7ba-2021-04-19T18:24:02+01:00 [View official notice ](https://www.find-tender.service.gov.uk/Notice/ocds-h6vhtk-02a7ba-2021-04-19T18:24:02+01:00) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
