The independent professionals will deliver the service across the five (5) local authorities within the Gwent Region following the instruction of the Commissioner requiring a service. This opportunity shall be re opened for those individuals / organisations who have either failed during the initial procurement process or new Individuals / Organisations wishing to join the DPS.
