Work Packages will be issued in accordance with the NEC Engineering and Construction Contract Option B - Priced Contract with Bill of Quantities. One contractor will be appointed to this framework, and will be expected to assist the Council in the management of the programme of projects to be delivered in each year. Typical works to be procured in this framework include: highway improvement works on carriageways and footways; construction of new assets; traffic signal installations and renewal; environmental works; streetscape works.
