The main tender information is in the Invitation to Tender document (supplied in PDF and Word versions in Accord Website - [accordgroup.org.uk](https://accordgroup.org.uk/about/supply-to-us/charm)). All Tender documents need to be with the tender return envelope (purple), see Invitation to Tender Document for more information Tenders or requests to participate must be submitted to the following address: Accord Housing Association 178 Birmingham Road West Bromwich ### B70 6QG Additional information: Accelerated Open Procedure Justification: This procurement procedure is an accelerated open procedure as there is urgency in publicity of this tender. This is because we previously failed to publish this on Contracts Finder and only using Find a Tender Service. Therefore, we had to re-tender this work package and if we were to go through the standard procedure, it would lead to loss of finance due to interest cost on the site and on costs associated with the building site set up. In addition the grant programme has a number of grant milestones that the additional delay would put at a risk the spending of the EU public funding. ## CPV classification Construction work Source Contracts Finder (UK) [View official notice](https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/notice/7b6361e3-a686-42f1-a7ae-82049b6a81b5) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
