A key output of the CEAT project is to establish a developmental pipeline for bioAFM applications in clinically acceptable in vitro and ex-vivo disease models, providing molecular, cellular and tissue level morphological, topographical and biomechanical information to support epigenomic investigations and the development of advanced therapeutics.
