In this project we would like to focus on the mobile infrastructure monitoring operations currently undertaken via trainborne collection methods. There are a range of operations and supporting contracts for the current service delivery ranging from the purchase, operation and maintenance of the current IM fleet, technology and the associated systems used for data analytics and reporting. Network Rail wishes to engage with suppliers to work collaboratively, harnessing the intelligence and knowledge of the supply chain to develop a category strategy.
