It may include work relating to oil heating and gas heating installations, the installation of gas heating in existing dwellings and in group housing schemes although Apex reserves the right to procure the aforementioned separately. The Framework also includes the repair of commercial white goods such as laundry and kitchen equipment in communal facilities.
