The role of the Independent Assessor is to monitor the progress of the TNS deployment, through the DMSL’s TNS Delivery Framework and in line with Ofcom’s Notice of Compliance Verification Methodology. The Independent Assessor will provide external scrutiny and challenge to DMSL as they deliver SRN.
