At this stage, the Council is looking to consult with the market to test the level of interest and capability to deliver the potential services in scope. This will also explore ideas and possible solutions relating to the key aspects of the Property and Facilities Management to inform the proposed delivery model and procurement strategy. The Council is keen to engage with the potential Suppliers with strong customer focus who are able to work collaboratively with the Council to deliver innovative service solutions and positively embrace continuous improvement. Whilst this Prior Information Notice says the contract will be divided into lots and there are no renewal options, this has not yet been fully determined and will be considered following the market feedback.
