Prior to the commencement of any procurement process, Suffolk County Council seeks to engage with the market by way of offering the opportunity for suppliers to individually present the devices and services on offer which will include a private question and answer (Q&A) session. Interested suppliers should email in the first instance to request an information pack no later than 12 March 2021. Following receipt of the information pack, suppliers will then be invited to request a date and timeslot for a presentation and private Q&A session. These sessions will take place between the following dates: 22 to 26 March 2021, with actual dates to be confirmed in due course.
