MSF4 is to replace MSF3 (currently in place) and preparatory work for the re-procurement is currently underway. The Contract Notice is currently anticipated to be published in April 2021. For the purpose of this tender, Leicestershire County Council (LCC) is acting as the Client and the Host Contracting Authority on behalf of the MHA+. This notice is not in itself a call for competition and it is not seeking to reduce the time period for the receipt of tenders. Please note that the date given under II.3. Estimated date of publication of contract notice is INDICATIVE ONLY. Interested economic operators are advised to check the official MHA+ website for further updates. It is intended that the procurement timetable will be published on the website following the MHA+ Executive Board Meeting in March.
