The service will provide a safe and effective alternative to hospital admission for appropriate people to help reduce the number of hospital admissions. The service will be required to deliver within the localities of Boston and Lincoln, Lincolnshire, England. The start date for this service is 1 July 2021. Though not included within the issued specification, the Contracting Authority may during the term require the service to deliver additional resource in response to Winter Pressures as well as the delivery of a Safe Haven service from one or both Crisis Houses.
