The Resilient Families Service was established in 2018 to provide direct support to families requiring early intervention and intensive intervention as part of the Integrated Family Support Framework. Sat within Children’s Services and delivering enhanced Team Around the Family functions the Resilient Families Service provides the mechanism by which a single approach to delivering multi-agency family support is achieved in RCT. The RCT Integrated Parenting Framework provides a structure for the delivery of parenting support services in RCT. The Framework established in 2017 and revised as a three-stage model in 2020, groups parenting support interventions within 3 distinct levels: informal, formal and specialist. Rhondda Cynon Taf is commissioning the delivery of parenting support interventions at: Levels 1 - Informal Parenting Support ### Levels 2 - Formal Parenting Support Levels 3 - Specialist Parenting Support, of the Framework, including the delivery of a Parenting Plus Team to operate as part of the Resilient Families Service.
