This project will aim to tackle fuel poverty, as well as improving the wellbeing of its customers and minimise energy costs across the portfolio of homes in Penderry, Swansea. The key elements of this project are the installation of the solar PV with associated G98 DC Coupled Hybrid Inverter / Battery Storage or G99 Fast Track AC Coupled Battery Storage with separate Inverter. The project will also be futureproofed with the supply and installation of home hub and smart heating control. ### Project purpose Changes in the energy sector offer the potential to add value to Pobl’s property assets.
