A cohort of eligible adults have been identified to access this service. The service comprises a defined amount of day opportunities activity to be delivered in the block contract and the requirement to deliver additional day opportunities activity services on a spot purchase basis. The importance of supporting people to live as independently as possible is a guiding principle of the Care Act 2014.
