The refurbishment of the building has been designed to be subdivided into five standalone business studios within the existing structure - offering total of 3,800sqm of business space and up to 500 jobs. The expectation is that delivery of all five units shall be undertaken in a phased manner. This project (Phase 2B) will concentrate on the construction and delivery of the second phase comprising units 3 and 4 - delivering approximately 1,136sqm (12,228sqft) of net lettable office space, across ground and mezzanine levels. The Phase 2B construction contract will also include associated external works.
